DanzX is a unique dance class created by Zeekers. DanzX stand for 'Dance x Exercise' is the integration of fitness and dance elements.


Zeekers首創的DanzX課堂有別於一般舞蹈課,DanzX全名為Dance x Exercise,是融合健身與舞蹈元素。

 

Dance

We dance with easy movement of a variety dance styles. You can get most benefits from cardio dance such as fat burning, improved exercise performed, body coordination, muscle flexibility and agility.


以不同的舞蹈風格完成一系列簡易舞步動作。透過帶氧舞蹈燃燒脂肪、提升活動能力、身體協調性、肌肉靈活度及彈性。

 

Exercise

Muscle conditioning work on whole body muscles with different equipments. That will sculpt, tone and strengthen your muscles and body balance ability. 

這部份以肌肉鍛練為主。亦會配合不同器材進行,鍛練全身肌肉、身體平衡能力、修緊身體線條提升美感。
