By signing up, you confirm that you and your guardian (if applicable) have read and agreed to all arrangements below.
Booking & Payment
Full payment must be completed within 24 hours of the reservation. Unpaid spots will be automatically released.
Early Bird pricing applies to registrations paid in full by May 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Late registrations are processed at the regular price.
Accepted payment methods: E-transfer, Cash, Debit.
E-Transfer: Please send payment to payment@partakezeekers.com and provide a screenshot of the confirmation page showing the account holder’s name.
Cash: A 5% discount may be available for in-studio cash payments only.
Please note:
• Cash payment must be completed in person
• Spots are not confirmed until full payment is received
• Cash discount does not apply to online payments
• Availability is subject to studio discretion
Bundle discount: Register 2 showcases → extra $40 off | 3 showcases → extra $120 off.
Applies only to the same individual; all bundled courses must be paid in a single transaction.
Excludes ZJ Kids courses.

Switching Showcase Courses
A non-refundable $30 administrative fee applies to all Showcase course transfer requests. If the new Showcase course has a higher fee, the price difference must be paid at the time of transfer. All transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original course start date. No transfers will be accepted after this deadline before the showcase start.
Attendance,Performances
Students must maintain 80% attendance to remain eligible for stage performance. Each showcase course requires a minimum enrolment to proceed. If the minimum is not met, affected students will be offered a transfer, full refund, or credit. Instructor & Artistic Director hold final authority over stage readiness. Students deemed not performance-ready may be withheld from the stage without refund.

Final Rehearsal: July 10, 2026 @ Zeekers Danz
Show Day: July 11, 2026 @ Downtown Markham Festival Outdoor Stage
Both dates are mandatory. Missing the Final Rehearsal may result in removal from the show day without a refund.
June 28 Add-On — Taste of Asia
Optional add-on: $88 | Includes June 28 stage performance + 1.5 hrs extra intensive rehearsal.
Registration: April 21 – May 25, 2026 (no exceptions).
A minimum number of participants is required for this add-on to proceed. If not reached, the $88 fee will be fully refunded or credited. Instructor and Artistic Director hold final authority over participant selection; their decision is final and non-refundable.
Refunds & Cancellations
All Showcase fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of cancellation timing. Fees cannot be credited toward future programs, except in the case of a course cancellation initiated by Zeekers Danz.
Additional Info
Costumes are not included in the course fee. Costume details and related costs will be communicated after the course commences.
Any potential rental fees for rehearsals will be communicated in advance. In hazardous weather, classes will be suspended; outdoor performance arrangements will follow the official event organizers' decisions.
Media & Photography
Registration grants Zeekers Danz permission to use photos/videos from rehearsals and performances for promotional purposes.
Zeekers Danz reserves the right to make final decisions in any disputes and retains the right to interpret all information in this notice.
