《退款條款細則及說明》

​

  • 退款申請期：請在 2024 年 6 月 25 日至 2024 年 7 月 3日期間通過Zeekers網頁 www.zeekersdanz.com 填妥表格申請退款，逾期申請將不受理。

  • 退款方式資料：請提供會員名稱及會員號碼，持有的會員課堂卡照片傳給我們。

  • 退款資料核對：我們將審批並核實剩餘合乎退款資格的恆常班課程套票

  • 確認退款資格及資料：完成核實後，並會與你確認退款金額及資料。

  • 退款方法：
    銀行轉賬退款方法：會退回客戶提供銀行帳戶。除了滙豐及恒生，其他香港本地銀行會收取$5手續費，並在退款金額內扣除。
    PayMe退款:*只供以PayMe購買課堂之付款交易*
    PayMe付款客戶退款方法：客人若購買課堂時是以PayMe付款交易，我們只會在PayMe處理退款。

  • 審核和處理：確認資料後，我們將於2-3星期內進行退款並聯絡通知。

  • 恆常班課程套票退款：恆常班課程套票退款以一次為限。

  • 不可退款的課程：恆常班課程套票已扣取之課堂將不獲退款。

  • 過期和優惠贈送課堂：已過期之課堂、未使用的優惠贈送課堂均不設退款。

  • 按比例退款計算：恆常班課程套票剩餘合乎退款資格的課堂退款金額是會按比例計算。

  • 未經授權的退款：所有未經授權的退款，Zeekers Danz 一律不會處理。

  • 不合理的退款要求：Zeekers Danz保留權利就處理不合理的退款一律不受理。

  • 如有任何爭議，Zeekers Danz 將保留最終決定權。

<Refund Terms and Policy>

  • Refund Application Period: Please complete the refund application form on the Zeekers website (www.zeekersdanz.com) between June 25, 2024, and July 3, 2024. Applications must be submitted before this period to be accepted.

  • Refund Method Information: To process your refund, please provide your member name and member number and send us a photo of your membership class card.

  • Verification of Refund Information: We will carefully review and verify the remaining eligible regular class packages. 

  • Confirmation of Refund Eligibility and Information: We will confirm the refund amount and details with you after verification.

  • Refund Methods:

    • Bank Transfer: The refund will be returned to the customer's bank account. A $5 handling fee will be deducted for refunds to banks other than HSBC and Hang Seng.

    • PayMe: *Only available for payment transactions when purchasing classes via PayMe* Refund method for PayMe payment customers, If the customer paid with PayMe when purchasing the class, we can only process the refund through PayMe.

  • Review and Processing: After confirming the information, we will process the refund within 2-3 weeks and notify you.

  • Refunds for Regular Class Packages: Refunds for regular class packages are limited to one-time only.

  • Non-Refundable Classes: Classes already deducted from the regular class package are not eligible for a refund.

  • Expired and Promotional Classes: Expired classes and unused promotional classes are non-refundable.

  • Proportional Refund Calculation: The refund amount for the remaining eligible classes in the regular class package will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

  • Unauthorized Refunds: Zeekers Danz will not process any unauthorized refunds.

  • Unreasonable Refund Requests: Zeekers Danz reserves the right to reject unreasonable refund requests.

  • Final Decision: In case of any disputes, Zeekers Danz reserves the right to make the final decision.
